School Fees

SCHOOL FEES FOR 2024

Registration fee (non-refundable): P100

Development fee: None

Reception: P6000 per term

Standard 1 to 6: P9600 per term

Standard 7: P14400 for term 1 and P14400 for term 2 only

5% Discount if fees for the whole year is paid before the beginning of term 1, 2024.

Please note that school fees are reviewed annually and are subject to increase from time to time.

School fees are payable, per term, in advance. Payments can be made by either cash, cheque or electronic bank transfer. Our bank account details are available on request. Half the school fees will be required to be paid before the end of each term to secure a place for the subsequent term. The balance of fees must be settled, in full, before the first day of each school term.

Parents paying school fees at one go for the entire year at the start of the school year will be offered a reduction in school fees. Please contact the School Bursar for more information.

NEW CHILDREN

Once a place has been offered, parents must pay half the school fees by the deadline date stated on the offer letter so as to confirm their acceptance of the offer and to secure their child’s place at Letlhabile. Failure to do so will result in the place being forfeited and thereby offered to another child.

PENALTIES

A penalty fee will be imposed on all late school fee payments.

WITHDRAWAL / TRANSFER

Parents are requested to give a term’s notice in writing in the event they would like to withdraw their child from the school. If a parent fails to give a term’s notice, they will have to pay a term’s fee in lieu of the notice.

BURSAR’S OFFICE TIMINGS

The Bursar’s office is open from 7.15am to 4pm Monday to Friday during the school term and 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday during the school holidays. The Bursar’s office is also open from 8am to 11.30am on Saturdays. Please note that the school will be closed on public holidays.
